1. Return Eligibility

Watch Republic SA offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery or collection.
To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unworn and in original, new condition

  • In its original packaging, including all manuals, tags, and protective covers

  • Returned with a valid proof of purchase

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or tampering may be declined.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Watches that show visible wear, scratches, or damage

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Products with removed or damaged security seals

  • Items that have been resized, engraved, or altered

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

3. Return for Refund

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 3–7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side.

4. Return for Exchange

Customers may request an exchange for:

  • A different model

  • A different colour or style

  • A replacement unit of the same model (if defective)

Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If the preferred item is unavailable, customers may be offered a refund instead.

5. Defective or Faulty Items

If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as expected:

  • Report the issue within 7 days of receiving the product

  • Include photos or videos of the fault (if requested)

  • Watch Republic SA will arrange assessment through authorised technicians

If the fault is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, customers may receive:

  • A repair at no cost

  • A replacement unit

  • Or a refund (at Watch Republic SA’s discretion)

Damage caused by misuse, impact, water exposure, or unauthorised repairs is not eligible for return.

6. Return Process

  1. Contact Watch Republic SA customer support to request a return.

  2. Provide order details and reason for return.

  3. Securely package the item for courier collection or drop-off.

  4. Once assessed, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

7. Courier Collections

Watch Republic SA can arrange a courier collection for returns.
Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or the wrong product was delivered.

8. Items Returned Without Approval

Items returned without prior authorisation may experience delays or be sent back to the customer at their own cost.

9. Final Notes

Watch Republic SA reserves the right to amend this policy at any time.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval based on our quality and hygiene standards.
